By using the Comfyshoes website, you accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy; if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions you must not use the Comfyshoes website.


You must be over 18 years old to buy goods from this site. By placing your order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.


These Terms and Conditions shall be contrued in accordance with English law.

All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

We aim to despatch ordered items within 24 hours from the placing of an order, and will despatch orders between Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 16:00

Returns and exchange

If you wish to return or exchange items purchased from our website, you must return your items within 14 days of receiving your goods, for a refund of the value of the item(s) only, or an exchange, based on stock availability. We cannot refund the original delivery charge paid, and the cost of returning the item(s) is at your own cost.


Purchased items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Returns that are soiled or damaged by use may be refused and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund denied. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. To obtain refund or exchange, proof of purchase must be provided for item you wish to return.


If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.


Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


How to return


It is important that you contact us by e-mail – info@comfyshoes.co.uk before returning. We will need your order number , product code, size and your email address and we will send you confirmation e-mail with return address. Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Ensure the item is well packaged and addressed to our office.


As the parcel and contents are your responsibility until they are received by us, you may wish to use a tracked delivery service. We strongly advise that you keep hold of any proof of postage until you have received a refund. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of returned goods.


We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. We do not offer a free returns service, so you can return the items via any courier you wish.


Invoice will be sent to customer via e-mail.




All prices are inclusive of VAT.
